Facing mental health challenges can be difficult. Finding ways to receive help shouldn’t be.
Mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety, can take control and prevent you from living a fulfilling life. While anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorders are all diseases, reframing our mindset and learning skills to cope with difficult feelings and situations can help to reduce symptoms and support a healthier, happier lifestyle. In addition, growing your support group, being comfortable reaching out for help, and proper medication management can support long-term resilience in recovery.
Every aspect of treatment – from the structure and tight-knit community, to the evidence-based approach and limited distractions, and one-one-one and group counselling – is carefully selected to support your success.
You’ll work with an interprofessional team of clinical experts, including doctors, nurses, psychotherapists, counsellors, social workers, and occupational therapists, who are experienced in mental health treatment. We also have Aftercare programming and an extensive alumni community to ensure that you stay in contact with understanding and supportive people after your program is complete.

Persistent feelings of fear, sadness, worrying, stress, guilt, worthlessness, mania and more can make it difficult to enjoy life. If you are experiencing symptoms of mental illness, our team of specialists can work with you to unpack your circumstances, learn valuable coping skills and make meaningful connections. Because no two people experience mental illness the same, our treatment approach takes that into consideration when building your flexible treatment program – designed just for you.
Are you ready to begin your recovery? Let’s talk.
“[The Mood and Anxiety Program] not only saved my life, but gave me skills to continue on my recovery journey for Aftercare. Between the therapy they teach and the caring experience, I felt like I was blessed and would recommend it to absolutely anyone who has the chance to attend. It’s filled with people who care. The staff, the nurses, the primary counsellors and support counsellors.”
